Project partners
The labor market requires adaptation of competencies, flexibility and continuous development, which is a challenge for those who have a break from work due to various circumstances. Mentoring is shaped as a flexible response and assistance, support and motivation for development and, as a result, a life change, which is often necessary to take a step forward.

The project arises from the idea of teaching organizations how to apply the mentoring method and to provide them with the necessary tools to approach the needs of the target groups.

The idea of the project is to disseminate this method in the context of women’s professional activation, however, the findings, materials can be an ideal starting point and be adpated to support and work with other groups of people and institutions.
